Delivery Bulletin

The EU area is seeing a lot of delays with items going through customs. Please see below for more details on individual countries:

Italy: There is an ongoing IT issue at Italian customs which means all orders are being held. Please do get in touch with us if you are asked to pay for customs fees, or it's been 5 weeks since your order was dispatched. At this time, we would recommend not ordering to Italy.

Spain: Customs issues in Spain are ongoing, leading to long delays and high customs fees. We would recommend not ordering to Spain at this time. 

Denmark: we are seeing very long delays into Denmark due to a slow customs process. Please get in touch with us if you are asked to pay for customs fees, or it's been 5 weeks since your order was dispatched.

Sweden: we are seeing very long delays into Sweden due to a slow customs process. Please get in touch with us if you are asked to pay for customs fees, or it's been 5 weeks since your order was dispatched.

Outside the EU

Canada: Orders are processing through Canada's system slowly since the start of December. This is due to adverse weather conditions in certain parts of Canada, specifically:

• Gulf Islands
• Lower Mainland area, including Metro Vancouver
• Nanaimo and South Vancouver Island
• Powell River
• Sunshine Coast

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Australia and New Zealand: Due to rising COVID cases, flights to New Zealand and Australia are being cancelled and warehouse cargo staff, alongside all other industries, are being affected by isolation periods. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
